Why Participate?
Inspire the Next Generation: Students (Grade 7 and up) will attend from local school boards, eager to discover what a future in the trades can look like. By participating, you’ll spark curiosity, answer questions, and encourage young people to consider careers in your field.

Build Connections: This event brings together schools, unions, local businesses, and community leaders. As a vendor, you’ll build visibility for your organization, strengthen relationships, and connect with future apprentices and workers.

Set-up Date:  Thursday, April 23, 2026
Event Date: Friday, April 24, 2026
Location: Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, Kingston, ON

Showcase Your Trade: Your booth is more than a display — it’s a chance to highlight the skills, tools, and stories that make your trade unique. Interactive and hands-on displays leave a lasting impression on students.

Low Cost to Participate: Thanks to sponsorship by Safety Guys and Utilities Kingston, vendor participation is only $100.00. Tables and chairs are provided — all you need to bring is your knowledge, experience, and passion for the trades.

Why $100.00? This deposit helps us confirm vendor participation, secure your space, and ensure a well-organized event for students and exhibitors alike. To give back to the community, 50% of all fees collected will be donated to the Kingston Food Bank after the event.
